Apartment 1
(flat sleeps 5)

Ground floor centrally heated apartment with block paved courtyard patio garden & rear access via an alleyway to parking for very small economy sized car, motorcycles & scooters. A 24/7 on street parking permit is provided for larger cars, if required, & parking spaces are available in Windsor Crescent and surrounding streets in Parking Zone B. Apartment comprises : I x family bedroom with double & single bed. Living room with flat screen T.V / DVD player having double sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children but can sleep 5 persons in total at the discretion of the customer. French Doors to private courtyard garden with table and bench set. Well equipped kitchen. Shower room. Wheelchair accessible and equipped for disabled customers. Portable shower seat and raised toilet seat available on request.
Up to 2 small/medium sized dogs are accepted in Apartment 1 out of summer holidays and annual Bridlington events at a supplementary charge of £20 for up to 2 dogs per stay to be booked in on the booking form.

Guide Price: £310.00 - £500.00 per unit per week for normal occupancy

Short break 1 night stays may also be possible as advertised & for 1 night stays the price includes linen & towels Long stay breaks are available. Price on request. Pet price of £20 per week / short break applies to this apartment. This covers up to 2 small / medium dogs

You can reach us by road from the south or west, just leave the M62 and follow the A614 to Bridlington, turn right at the first set of traffic lights when you enter Bridlington then straight on and right after the third set of traffic lights.
From the North follow the A166 from York and then the A164 to Bridlington, then follow the same directions when you reach Bridlington

By Public Transport:
The Yorkshire Coastliner runs a regular bus service from Leeds City Centre to Bridlington.
The railway station is located a short walk from Windsor Crescent.

    “Average”

    Stayed in flat 1 it needs a full refurbishment to bring it up to the standard required and expected for the price we had to pay for our stay, only really good thing about it was the heating and the private garden.

    I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your stay and did not feel that it was good value for money. I can only reiterate that this is an apartment for up to 5 persons and is priced accordingly (in other words the price per person would have been less than £14 per person per night for the dates booked if fully occupied). Obviously when fewer people stay (in the case of this booking 2 persons) then the price per person will obviously be more.. This apartment has just (October 2018) been awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for 2018 having received the same award in 2017 but obviously different customers have different expectations about what is expected from seaside holiday accommodation and unfortunately it is difficult to please all persons all of the time I'm afraid but we do strive to make our customers stay as enjoyable as possible. I also actively encourage and invite customers to advise us whilst staying if they have any issues otherwise it is too late to have the opportunity to rectify them after the event.
