Map reference: SO 171809  Lat: 52.41836 Long: -3.21856

Brandy House Farm is on the edge of the village of Felindre which is 10 miles from Knighton and 12 miles from Newtown on the B4355.

If you are approaching from Knighton, turn up a sharp left as you pass the speed limit sign on reaching the village, signed Brandy House Farm (opposite the village sign). Continue up the lane over the two cattle-grids and we are at the top about 150 metres from the main road.

If you are approaching from Newtown, leave on the A483 (signed Llandrindod Wells) to Dolfor. Turn left onto the B4355. Go through the village of Felindre and as you leave it, turn up to your right at the Brandy House Farm sign. Continue up the lane over the two cattle-grids and we are at the top about 150 metres from the main road.

If you are using a sat Nav or google maps and are approaching us from the North they will more than likely take you the shorter scenic route through tiny and steep lanes missing out Newtown.........If you are bringing horses we would recommend that you go to Newtown and follow the directions above!!

“Brilliant camping pods, ‘away from it all’”

We were late but made to feel welcomed and given a tour around. It’s a beautiful set up with lovely views. The pods are so clever, you lie in your bed and look out at the feilds, or sit under cover of the covered area - great for a kitchen set up. The gardens are kept well and a joy to walk around, on your way to check the cricket scores/check your phone in the common room. We hired both pods when our kids joined us and had the whole garden section to ourselves. It’s also handy to be able to have meals at the farmhouse when it suits, like the first morning or last night. Throughly recommend for a relaxing holiday with hillside walks and pub lunches, and a trip or two to Ludlow is a must.
