Notes
Front Door flashing light system will be installed in near future. The front enterance has a solid ground, ramp with handrail and very small threshold (6mm high x 20mm). All ground floor doorways are widened for wheelchair use. The walls are plain, the ground floor is oak floorboards, newly laid and solid. There is change in flooring between the hallway to wetroom and hallway to kitchen/diner. At rear of the building, there is a hreshold at the doorway leading to the veranda. The car park is based at the rear of the building, however there IS parking space at the front of the building but it does not have 'disabled' sign as it's on the public road. There is a lay-by opposite Capel Cartref which can be used also.
