    “It Never Happened!”

    It Never Happened, I booked the room and waited for confirmation from the guest house as per the booking form, and with only a couple of hours before I set off to get my train, I still hadn't heard anything, so I phoned them directly, they told me it was only a provisional booking, and that they had no places available for that period, so I had to quickly go back on line and look for an alternative within such a short time period. Luckily I did,in a Hotel that was available at such short notice but at double the price!
    The booking form said they would contact the customer directly to confirm the booking..... They Never Did!!!
