    “A peaceful, homely retreat.”

Finding a well equipped bargain in the height of summer is always nice. To find this little gem, hidden down a little farm lane, in a lovely village, handy for Worcester and a host of other delights was even better.
We did have slight problem finding the place, one because we came from the opposite direction, and secondly because the once distinctive white fence / railings which mark the end of the lane are now very faded and weathered.
Next tiny hiccup was the two steps and large door jam to get our wheelchair bound foster child through, but we did. All of those tiny problems were forgotten when greeted by teabags, coffee, milk and a pack of chocolate digestives.
The house was comfortable and homely. The wifi worked well, the beds were a little softer than we are used to, but fresh air, and walking round lovely places soon remedied that.
The village has a great pub / eatery, and the pork scratchings were superb. Along the A44 is a garden centre with a nice cafe, and Worcester has plenty of Supermarkets around it's centre.
Overall, a fabulous, warm and comfy home, and one we'd recommend to many who want to visit this part of the country.
