If the government permits ANY holiday lets this season Susan, the owner, will ensure that there are at least 4 days between each week long let for deep cleaning.
*No short breaks this year.
No smoking house. Smoking permitted in part covered outside area. Although the property is Victorian the owner has made the internal stairs safer for guests by having a double handrail fitted. Stair gates are provided to help guests keep children safe. Parking: Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge. Children: Children of all ages are welcome. Bringing a well behaved dog may be acceptable. The matter will have to be discussed with Susan, the owner. If she agrees those letting will have to ensure that the dog does no damage and that they clean up after it.

Notes
Our house was built n 1866. It has original features which means that it is of historic interest but has lots of steps. It has steep staircases and four steps into the house. Admission is possible through the back yard which would mean there would only be two steps down to negotiate to get into the ground level of the house.The staircase up to level one (the bathroom and the two king sized bedrooms) has two handrails. Overall, however, the house is NOT suitable for wheelchair users and those who have signifcant mobility issues.
