The Cottage:
Ground floor - modern kitchen, colour TV, CD/radio, double sofa bed
First floor - bathroom, full size bath and shower, double bedroom - king size bed, TV, cupboards
All linen provided (apart from towels).
The cottage is newly decorated and carpeted throughout.
Gas and electricity provided in the price - no meters.
The sunny outside yard can be used for relaxing or eating outside - tables and chairs provided.
Dogs by arrangement only. No smoking.
Cars can be unloaded on Cliff Street and moved to long-term parking nearby.
The Cottage is available from 2pm Saturdays, and must be vacated by 11am.
This cottage provides comfortable accommodation for two people. However, by prior arrangement only, there is the facility to use a fully sprung pull out sofa bed in the lounge.
As in many of Whitby's yards, Walkers Yard has two flights of steps up to it. This cottage is not suitable for visitors who have any difficulty with walking.

By Road: From the A171: at traffic lights turn left if you are entering from York or Teeside. (If you are entering from Scarborough go straight ahead) At mini roundabout turn left. At the roundabout top of Chubb Hill turn right. Go straight ahead for 50m, take next left into Cliff St. Pull over to park on the right and leave hazard warning lights on. Go through the dark red door and up the steps into Walkers Yard.
By Public Transport: From station walk along New Quay Road to Old Swingbridge, turn left into Flowergate. Half way up Flowergate turn right into Cliff St. The dark red door to 7C Walkers Yard is half way along Cliff St on your left. Through door and up two flights of steps, cottage on your right.
