It is a brand new 4 Star apartment completed in July 2009, it is very modern and tastefully furnished and decorated. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms one is en suite as well as the benefit of a family bathroom.

From the M40 take the junction to Stratford-upon-Avon and follow the road to Stratford-upon-Avon town centre, follow road into the town keeping right when you come to the leisure centre. Follow the signs for Birmingham A3400 and as you leave the town centre there is a set of traffic lights which you cross and then you come to the Maybird Centre on your right and 2 mini roundabouts, at the second roundabout you will see Tesco and B&Q on your right at this point you to take the next left hand turn which is approxiametly 50 yards away.
