    Notes

There are four cottages at Basin Howe Farm which is a remote location. Amber Cottage is the most suitable for guests with mobility or walking difficulties. Guests can be dropped at the end of a gently sloping paved path. There is a double width doorway with low threshold. Ground floor areas are all level. Oak flooring in spacious barn living/dining area Large ground floor double bedroom with Super King zip n link beds and access to generous wet room Wet room equipped with grab rails and shower stool and plenty of room for a carer. Second bedroom is on the 1st Floor mezzanine. Level access to patio area which is a mix of paving and gravel. Motion detectors fitted to outside lighting - not dawn to dusk The car parking area is generous and close to the cottage but it is loose stone, not tarmac. Other paths around the farm and garden are gravel or grass. Mobile phone reception is erratic especially inside the stone barns. Walls are very thick. Due to remote location it is a good idea to shop for provisions before arrival. Full Access Statement available on request
