“extremely good”
Ruth gave us a lovely welcome when we arrived and brought us tea and cakes and scones. We even met her daughter whilst we sat in the comfortable guest room. The period, old world charm of this accommodation was just what we like and it felt like we were part of the family! Great location for exploring the North Yorkshire moors area. Especially close was Eden Camp which gave us a great day out and also the North Yorkshire moors railway. The great breakfast set us up each day and Ruth even cooked ours early the day we went on the railway to make sure we were in plenty of time. Fabulous few days! Super local pub was just a 7 minute walk through the charming village and we sampled there real ales which are brewed on the premises. What could be better? The food at the pub was also good value and plentiful. I would whole-heartedly recommend this first class accommodation to anyone in this area and we are hoping to get back again in the future. Thanks to Ruth and Stephen. Job very well done indeed and very much appreciated.
