By Road:
From the A64 at York take the A166 to Bridlington. Heading East you will pass through Stamford Bridge and after 6 miles you will have a long steep climb up Garrowby Hill. Carry on past the radio mast on your right and take the next turn left signposted Thixendale and Malton. Follow this road for about a mile and turn right at the signpost to Thixendale. Follow this road for about 2 miles-very rural !-Turn left into the village and then right at the bottom of the short hill-let and we are about halfway down on the right

“Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful location. ”
Accommodation, food, drink and hospitality were all entirely satisfactory. Breakfasts were particularly good!
