This impressive Welsh Farmhouse dates in parts back to the 17C with its lovely original oak beams, inglenook and slate floors. It stands in its own beautiful gardens surrounded by beautiful countryside. An ideal base to return to after exploring the local area with the sandy beaches at Aberdyfi and Ynyslas and majestic mountains of Snowdonia just a short drive away. Easy access to RSPB at Ynyshir, Osprey Centre, Coed y Brenin for cyclists, historical castles to name but a few.
The large traditional farmhouse kitchen boasts beams and an Aga. There is a full size oven with ceramic hob, microwave and the usual selection of crockery and cutlery. A fridge and freezer are in the pantry and the washing machine and dries are in a seperate utility.
The kitchen opens out to a cosy lounge with a woodburner situated in the inglenook, with TV Freeview and DVD. There is a second larg, light and airy lounge with TV and Freeview.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 1 kingsize, 2 doubles and a single. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath while there is also a second bathroom with shower and toilet located downstairs.
