Also Llandysul Paddlers Canoe Centre available for all ages to enjoy. Lessons given daily. Llandysul also boasts a fine 13thC church.
The cottage itself is tastefully furnished and decorated with some period items and can accommodate up to 5 people. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom one has a king size bed, with wardobe, dressing chest and a wash basin with light and shaver point over. The other bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and a lovely washstand providing plenty of storage. The large landing has a bed in a false chest of drawers. All the beds have anti allergy pillows, pillow and mattress protectors and duvets. Spare blankets are provided for each bed. No cot or high chair is available. Bed linen and towels are provided free. There is a shower room on the first floor.
Downstairs there is a kitchen/dining room, providing full size cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. The table will seat five easily. The sitting room has comfortable arm chairs for at least four, (with a spare chair in the hall). The digital freeview TV has an ipod dock and DVD. There is also a radio/CD player. Lots of history, gardening and tractor magazines can be found in the cupboard. Coal effect electric fire. No additional charges are made for electricity or central heating.
Outside there is plenty of parking space alongside the cottage. A level path connects to the front door. Garden with seating area at the back with garden furniture.
We are situated along a quiet lane on the edge of Llandysul. It is an ideal location for walkers and cyclists. The Sports Centre and Swimming Pool are nearby providing the usual facilities.
There are beaches to enjoy along rthe Cardigan Bay coast less than 30 minutes away. Inland there are the Cenarth Falls and the Woollen Museum, both near Newcastle Emlyn, as well as the beautiful scenery.
A bus service runs to neighbouring towns and villages.
