    “Average”

We were asked what time we were going to arrive, which we gave, and the room was not ready on our arrival. We asked for a pot of tea while we waited, which we got, but had to pay for. We don't think we should have been charged. To advertise cocktails on a menu and have staff who have no idea how to serve them is totally wrong. The breakfast service also left a lot to be desired, unable to understand customers requests. Not the best experience for us I am sorry to say.
