From the A65 take the roundabout turning in Dodgson Croft Drive pass the Booths supermarket on your left. At the junction with New Road turn left and follow the road round to the right, signed to Old Town, head down Mitchelgate, a narrow one way road with delightful cottages on the left had side. At the bottom of Mitchelgate turn right into Market Street, pass the Sun Inn on LHS, look out for the Spar Shop and turn left between the Spar shop and Plato's into Mill Brow. Take the first right turn in to Horse Market. 1 Horse Market is on your RHS with a large light blue front door and a lion head knocker.

Kirkby Lonsdale is well served by buses from Kendal, Lancaster and Skipton, with Oxenholme the nearest main line station is a 15 minute drive away.
