    “Bad start - good finish”

We were initially allocated a room in the Salutation annex that was wholly unacceptable being very poor and rather tacky. We complained and asked for a move. We were allocated a room in the main building which was far superior - the difference was quite shocking! Thereafter everything including the food was fine. We do think £127 on for the rejected room was outrageous and £150 for the second room is still pricey. Will definitely revisit for the food but probably not for accommodation.
