“not good”

ON ARRIVAL OUR ROOM WAS NOT READY, AND WE WERE ASKED TO WAIT IN LOBBY. WE THEN TRIED TO BOOK THE SPA FACILLITIES, THE MAIN REASON FOR OUR STAY, TO BE TOLD IT WAS FULLY BOOKED. THEN WHEN COMING DOWN FOR DINNER, WE WERE HAVING PRE-DRINKS TO BE CONTINUALLY INTERUPPTED, BY A WAITER WHO COULD NOT UNDERSTAND US, FOR 25 MINUTES. AT DINNER MY WIFES STARTER WAS INCORRECT, AND BY THE TIME IT WAS CHANGED, I HAD FINSIHED MINE, SO SHE SENT IT BACK, THE WINE TOOK AGES TO ARRIVE, AND THE MAIN COURSE TO NEARLY AN HOUR TO ARRIVE, SO THE MEAL WAS NOT FINAIHED UNTIL 10.15, THEN IT WAS VERY DIFFICLULT TO SLEEP. THE BREAKFAST TOOK AN AGE TO ARRIVE WHEN ORDERED, AND TO TOP IT ALL WE WERE OVERCHARGED NEARLY £70.00 WHEN PRESENTED WITH OUR BILL. ALL IN ALL, I HAVE HAD BETTER SERVICE IN A PREMIER INN!! WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR LAKE DISTRICT STAY, TURNED OUT TO BE THE LOW POINT!!
