To give a few examples: Gravesend Fort, Bluewater Shopping Centre, Gravesend Cycledrome; Charles Dickens Festivals & Buildings, Rochester Cathedral, Chatham Historic Dockyard. There are three country parks and two wild life conservation areas within easy reach for cyclists. For those who like walking, there are 50 acres of woodland to explore right on our doorstep, and one of the country parks is only a mile away.
A direct bus route goes to both Gravesend and the Medway Towns, and the M2 motorway and South Eastern railways provide good links with London and the Kent coast.
The lovely bedrooms are situated in a quiet corner of the 1-acre garden & woodland, about 100 foot from the dining-room in the main house. In the morning, an enjoyable full English Breakfast is served, with a vegetarian option if preferred.
