Rated as 3 out of 5

A buffet breakfast is the choice of your customers.
Why are the power points remote from the mirrors - hairdryer use!
Ditto the tea making. Why hide it in a cupboard but have the power across the bedroom. Obvious to visitors but hidden to management?
The public spaces (stairs and corridors) are looking tired.
Good service from the staff, well done, especially the porters.
