“Good”
The flat has most things you need but lacked a few finishing touches, there where noisy neighbours above, and reading the gas and electric meters and working out what your own bill is a little bit out of step with modern self catering accomodation, there was very good off road secure car parking and reasonable outside space, the location with respect to all amenities where in easy walking distance the town shops pubs sea front all easily reached, if you did not want to drive you did not have to move the car.
