Close to Aldeburgh, and only four miles from the village of Snape, Snape Maltings and Woodbridge, you are spoilt for choice in places to visit. Follow the Sandlings walk that winds through Rendlesham, Tunstall and Dunwich forests, all the way to Southwold.

Bramley Cottage at 3 Friday Street is an idyllic country cottage set in a peaceful wooded setting. It has secluded gardens with a shady arbour and its own secret path to the forest, only steps away! It is ideally situated for those who enjoy walking and cycling (mountain bikes available free of charge). It has been finished to an exceptionally high standard and retains many original features. Notes: Meet the owner's chickens and pony in the adjoining orchard - by arrangement. Pony rides available on request. Free-range eggs and organic seasonal vegetables are usually available to purchase.

Take the A14 to Ipswich, then follow the A12 in the Lowestoft direction. Bypass Woodbridge on the A12 & at the third roundabout take the A1152 signed for Rendlesham.
