Elmtree Farm is a Grade II Listed Georgian farmhouse bed and breakfast situated in Holmpton near Withernsea. This bed and breakfast has retained many of its original features. The property is set in a quiet, picturesque coastal village 3 miles south of Withernsea. It is convenient for Spurn Point and, by car, a short distance from Hull, Beverley and Bridlington. Holmpton is an ideal place from which to explore this rural area of East Yorkshire, where there are many beautiful churches and other interesting buildings. There is access to the beach, where people enjoy fishing and bird watching and the terrain lends itself to walking and cycling. Holmpton lies on the Holderness Loop of the National Byway, a newly established heritage cycling route.

Plentiful breakfasts using local produce are served 0700-0900. The pub nearby serves a selection of midday and evening meals at reasonable prices.

Elmtree Farm makes an ideal place to relax and unwind. Residents can come and go as they please in pleasant and peaceful surroundings.

We are happy to accommodate contractors on a longer term basis at Elm Tree Farm.

The accomodation benefits from having it,s own access so guests can come and go as they please. There is a private lounge which has a tv, selection of books and games and tourist information.The property has an attractive garden and a newly constructed conservatory with hot tub. Children welcome from any age.

    “Warm ,welcoming, cosy, home, perfect for me”

    My room was superb , very comfortable bed and all I needed. I was made to feel very welcome and had access to a lounge and kitchen used only by guests at the B&B. My hosts were friendly and helpful .The pub across the road was handy for reasonable meals and a drink without driving. Location was fine since I was visiting family staying in Withernsea, nice and rural and quiet ,great for a get away from it all break. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and would certainly stay again. Breakfast was very good and certainly plentiful with a variety of choices.

    By Road:
    From Hull follow the A1033 to Withernsea. On entering Withernsea, take the coast road right along Holmpton road towards Easington (opposite the petrol station). Follow the road for 2.5 miles and turn right before the George and Dragon. The farmhouse is 30m on the right.

    By Public Transport:
    The bus station is next door from the station, there is a service to Withernsea. The proprietor is prepared to pick up guests here as the bus service to Holmpton is not very regular.
