The studio is unique for its truly spectacular panoramic views and gardens. It is set down a quiet lane in Crook, surrounded by wildlife, yet within easy reach of Kendal and Windermere. This is the perfect place to get away from it all but have the opportunity to enjoy the Lake District which is on the doorstep.

The interior is of a high standard with good quality décor and furniture, WiFi -TV Rocu Streaming Stick giving you access to You Tube, BBC Iplayer, Netflix and more. Gas central heating will keep you cosy in the winter months and there is also a gas coal effect fire.

Guests have access to the apartment from a patio area and stunning, well-maintained gardens surround the whole apartment. The apartment also boasts plenty of private parking. Guests will be greeted on arrival with the key by the friendly owners who are happy to be on hand for queries but at the same time will respect guests privacy while they are staying.


The "Gateway to the Lakes" is a great place for walkers and is ideal for cyclists. The friendly village of Staveley is nearby, with pubs, shops, bakeries, a brewery, a riverside café, post office, train station, bus stops and cycle hire. The prestigious "Gilpin Lodge" is nearby for an experience in fine dining!

    “Fantastic weekend getaway in the lakes ”

    From the M6 follow the A591 to Plumgarths roundabout, turn left onto the Crook Road and follow the road for several miles, Fiveoaks is signposted on the left hand side.

    The easiest public transport is 2 miles away at the village of Staveley, trains to Windermere and Lancaster, also buses to Lancaster and Keswick.

    M6 (15 mins) and the Yorkshire Dales an hour away.
