From the moment that we arrived our hoist were very attentive. We were shown to our Double on suite room with the most fantastic view across the trout lake and the hills. Our host David then made us a pot of tea and warm welsh cakes which we ate sitting in a wonderful guest area with an enclosed glass balcony again over looking the fantastic views to the rear of the property.
David then asked us to complete a menu choice for breakfast and arranged what time we would like our breakfast for along with completing the WiFi disclaimer and then giving us the log in details etc. the WiFi was very good for the area.
The next morning after a good nights sleep we went down to breakfast were we were treated to a wonderful well cooked breakfast with as much toast of your choice and tea and coffee as you could wish for.
After a morning relaxing on the glass balcony watching the birds and the Heron coming for his breakfast but the poor thing was unsuccessful we went out to get lunch returning to relax go to bed and start again the next morning with the same excellent service and excellently prepared food.
Our stay at the Donalog was excellent well done David & Carol and we wish you well in your future at the Donalog.
