The 4 STAR Swan Apartment was completed in July 2009 and is of a stylish and contemporary design which makes it the number one place to stay. Situated within a short walking distance to Stratford-upon-Avon town centre you do not have to take your car and find a car parking space. There is one car parking space for the apartment and also road parking outside the apartment. With its stylish design the apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen comprises of microwave, fridge, 4 hob burner and built in oven with utensils, 2 sofas, coffee table and 32 inch LCD freeview television with a CD player. Dining area, two fully furnished double bedrooms one with en suite also family bathroom.

The apartment is opposite the Maybird Centre which is a shopping complex. Retailers such as Tesco, Marks and Spencers, Costa Coffee, Pizza Hut, Halfords, Matalan, Sports World ,WH Smiths ,Clark`s shoes, ASDA Home and more. The town plays host to the RSC and its theatres if you are planning a theatre break. The Swan is an ideal base to wander into town.

Stratford-upon-Avon Town Centre is a wonderful place to shop, eat and drink, there are many restaurants, cafes and bars together with bespoke and designer shops including Debenhams. The newly refurbished Bancroft Gardens outside the Royal Shakespeare Theatre makes for a pleasant walk with the river Avon running through the centre where you can feed the swans and ducks or perhaps enjoy a boat trip on the river or how about dinner on a river cruiser.

If you are thinking of going back in time you can visit the historic Shakespeare Houses and see how the Bard himself once lived, you could also have a fantastic day out at Warwick Castle there is plenty to see and do for both young and old.

Only a short drive you can be in the Cotswolds, beautiful rolling hills and thatched roofed villages. The area is certainly well worth a visit, there are village fetes and festivals one being the famous Dover Hill "Shin Kicking Championships" fabulous family entertainment. There is something for everyone and at the Swan Apartment we know that you will have an enjoyable stay and share the experience that you have had with your family and friends.

From the M40 take the junction to Stratford-upon-Avon and follow the road to Stratford-upon-Avon town centre, follow road into the town keeping right when you come to the leisure centre. Follow the signs for Birmingham A3400 and as you leave the town centre there is a set of traffic lights which you cross and then you come to the Maybird Centre on your right and 2 mini roundabouts, at the second roundabout you will see Tesco and B&Q on your right at this point you to take the next left hand turn which is approxiametly 50 yards away.
