Lord Nelson visited Southend as did his mistress Emma Hamilton who stayed in Royal Terrace in 1803 and again in 1805.
This apartment has a Standard double bed and a bath with hand shower.
In the lounge there is a double sofa bed, a state of the art mini kitchen including an induction hob, and fridge with ice box.
A sound system and an LCD television complement the lounge.
Please note: No booking of 5 nights or more can be confirmed unless a written confirmation will be received from Pier View self catering luxury apartments.

*A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is to be made at the time of booking, with the balance due one month prior to arrival. *Note that even if the booking is cancelled less then one month prior to arrival the 50% deposit will not be refunded. *In the event of a cancellation within one month of arrival, all monies will be forfeit. *If the booking is made less then one month from the date of arrival 100% payment will be required and no refund will be made in case of a cancellation. THE MAXIMUM OF 2 ADULTS AND 1 CHILD UNDER 12. Minimum 2 / Minimum 3 nights Peak period. NO LIFT IN THE PROPERTY. NO SMOKING. STRICTLY NO HEN OR STAG PARTIES. ONE PERSON IN THE PARTY MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. NO PETS.

    “an enjoyable stay,great view. apartment very clean”

    The staff were very friendly and anything we needed was no trouble and we felt at home. The princess Caroline apartment was most enjoyable, comfortable, very quite and most of all had a great view.

    Situated in the centre of town & overlooking the sea. Pier View has easy access from the M25, A127 & A13. These Self catering apartments are situated approx 20 miles from jcn 29 off M25.

    Day time parking is pay and display and is available close to the property.

    Southend is served by two major train lines connecting the town with London (National Express and C2C lines). Southend Central is approx 5 mins walk to the property.
