Ideal for walkers as we have access to the coastal path from our garden. We have our own parking in the garden. We have WiFi available.

Two excellent golf courses within 4 miles. Good walks - cliff walk is accessed directly from the garden. Ideal for walkers and bird watchers. 10 minutes walk to the train station + poppy line. Cycle storage available. Excellent sea + freshwater fishing. Children welcome from age 8.

By Road:
From the A148 from Norwich or Holt:
Take the main Sheringham turn onto the A1082.
Turn right at the roundabout in Sheringham.
Continue past the Fire Station and Public House and take the next left after Jubilee Drive into Curtis Lane - (Currently there is no road sign but it is immediately before the 40mph signs and the bus stop and opposite Brook Road).

Follow the road round to the left and proceed under the railway bridge, until you come to a very tight left hand bend with a small lane opposite.
Take this short lane to the T junction.
Turn right - we are 50 yards up on the left opposite the Red Post Box.

From the A149 from Weybourne:
Go straight over the roundabout in Sheringham then proceed as above.

From the A149 from Cromer:
Enter Sheringham and turn right at the 30mph sign into Curtis Lane then proceed as above.
