Built in the 19th century, this traditional 29 bedroom Georgian Manor lies on the edge of the dramatic North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Set in 17 acres of private gardens the hotel boasts its own 9 hole pitch and putt golfcourse, tennis court and croquet lawn (summer months) as well as a private lake. The hotel is set within the North York Moors, more than five hundred square miles of glorious countryside with rolling moorland and majestic forests.

Hackness Grange has 29 bedrooms, all with private en suite bathroom, colour television, direct dial telephone, and welcome refreshment tray. The rooms, fifteen of which are on the ground floor, are situated in the main house, the courtyard and the garden rooms, with many benefitting from picturesque views of the hotel gardens.

    “Excellent Food and Service”

    The location of the Hotel was great and the food excellent. The staff in particular were very attentive. There were a few niggles with the room but they were being sorted out. Great value for money. Enjoyed the 7 nights we were there.
