Situated in an elevated position on the southern edge of the North York Moors National Park with panoramic views across the Vale of Pickering, Loand House Court has been developed into luxury accommodation from listed stone barns and farm buildings. Many original features have been retained.

Both cottages are spacious, light and airy with much attention to detail to provide comfortable high class accommodation all year round.
Surrounded by open fields, farmland and forest, Loand House Court is a perfect base for exploring the countryside directly from the door. Conveniently situated for the historic city of York, heritage coast, castles, stately homes and the North York Moors railway.

The cottages are open-plan, centrally heated and double glazed. Oak floored lounge areas, furnished to a high standard with comfortable leather seating, radio, TV, DVD and CD player.

The well-equipped kitchens have built-in cooker, extractor, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

Bedrooms have en-suite with bath or shower and under-floor heating.

All linen, towels and tea towels provided plus everyday essentials, eg dishwasher tablets etc.

By Road:
From Wrelton follow the Cropton signs. After half a mile Loand House Court can be seen on the hillside ahead (red roofs). The driveway is on the left as the road climbs, a few metres beyond a lane on the left signed to Hankow and Coppice Farm. There is ample parking.

By Public Transport:
From either of the above named, there is a 'Yorkshire Coastliner' service 840/842 to Pickering then no 128 bus to Wrelton and walk half a mile or taxi from Pickering.
