END HOUSE FARM - Sleeps 7 + cot
A spacious stone built former farmhouse overlooking the village green. It comprises a small entrance hall, large lounge with open fireplace, dining room, well equipped kitchen, utility room and toilet. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom, one double bedroom and a family room with a double and single bed, bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and wash hand basin, separate toilet.
LILAC COTTAGE - Sleeps 5 + cot
the 18th century stone cottage has beamed ceilings and window seats in ground floor rooms. It comprises a small entrance hall, large well equipped kitchen/ dining room, lounge with open stone feature fireplace. The lounge overlooks the large village green. On the first floor there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one single bedroom, also a bathroom with bath, wash hand basin and toilet.
HARVEST COTTAGE - Sleeps 2 + cot
Overlooking the garden this one bedroom cottage was formerly used as a grain store for Lilac Farm. It comprises an open plan ground floor with well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en suite facilities consisting of shower cubicle with electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
STABLE COTTAGE - Sleeps 2 + cot
Adjacent to Harvest Cottage this cottage is the conversion of a stable formerly used for the working horses on the farm. It comprises an open plan ground floor with well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area with stairs leading to the first floor. Where there is a galleried twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
The properties share a large enclosed garden. The comfortable accommodation in all properties is equipped and furnished to a high standard, with storage radiators throughout ensuring that they are cosy at all times of the year.
Has an inn offering meals and an attractive village church. The village is 1 mile from Levisham Station on the North York Moors Steam Railway, which runs through the beautiful scenery of Newtondale between Pickering and Grosmont. The trains also stop at Goathland where the TV series
"Heartbeat" is filmed.
Nearby is the market town of Pickering which has a variety of shops including a supermarket, post office and several banks. There is an indoor swimming pool with a flume, a sports centre and cinema and " Flamingoland" is close by.
Within easy reach by car is the historic walled city of York.
In the area there are many castles, abbeys and stately homes including Castle Howard. On Yorkshire's heritage Coast the seaside resorts of Whitby and Scarborough have good sandy beaches with Robin Hood's bay and other quaint fishing villages all only a short drive away.
Levisham is an ideal location for touring, walking and the coast. Riding, fishing and golf are also available in the vicinity or just relax in peaceful surroundings!

From the A169 Pickering to Whitby road - turn through Lockton (approximately 5 miles from Pickering) into Levisham. Lilac Farm is in the village on the right-hand side.
