“Pleasant stay, polite staff nice quiet room ”
Room and general areas of hotel were nice and clean. Staff were polite and friendly. Whilst cost was reasonable it was noticed that the breakfast choice is no longer at the same level or quality as that experienced on previous vists. Location is ideal for our purpose of visiting son in university and getting in a run or to locally (marathon training). The overall ambience of the hotel is excellent and it is lovely to be able to read the newspapers in the lounge whilst taking in the comings and goings of a professionally run hotel. The leisure club staff were also nice and friendly, it is worth reminding hotel staff that guests need to take a towel across with them.
