Both the sitting room and kitchen offer views of the Harrogate Stray (an area of open parkland, some 200 acres, which wraps itself around the main 'urban' old town) whilst the apartment maintains easy access to the town centre, being just 7-10 minutes walk from Harrogate railway and bus stations. Suitable for business travel or leisure with flexible booking arrangements for stays of three nights or more.
The second floor apartment can be accessed by the communal entrance at ground level via either the stairs or lift. The apartment offers a spacious lounge furnished in a contemporary style, comfortably seating four persons and equipped with LCD TV, DVD player, access to Sky Freeview channels and a hi-fi with DAB radio, CD player and ipod dock. The kitchen, with separate dining area, is fully fitted with an excellent range of modern units complete with microwave, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, washing machine and wine cooler. The Master bedroom offers an en-suite shower room and both bedrooms are furnished with double beds. Both bathrooms offer a touch of luxury with the en-suite having a walk in shower and the main bathroom a shower over the bath. Thick fluffy towels, Egyptian cotton bed linen, a choice of feather or anti-allergy pillows, complimentary toiletries, hairdryers in both bedrooms, all help to make this a truly comfortable place to stay.
We are happy to welcome either business or leisure guests. We are flexible on 'changeover days' and lengths of stay. All stays will be provided with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and a few little extras, but for those who require more, we are happy to provide full breakfast provisions for the duration of your stay for a small additional charge.

“Perfect luxury apartment”
Second visit to this apartment which is in a great location near the town and The Stray. Secure parking was much appreciated. Free wif-fi very handy.
Tastefully decorated with high quality fixtures and fittings. Everything works.
The owner provided milk, cake and freshly ground coffee on arrival. There's plenty of free tea and hot chocolate, too.
Just one thing needed - a tumble dryer.
We'll be back again for sure.

Parkcourt is located just off the A6040, which connects the A61 (Leeds Road) with the A59 (Skipton-Wetherby Road).
From the Empress roundabout (junction of A59 with the A6040) take the A6040 York Place towards Leeds / Town Centre and then take the first right. Parkcourt is located on the left hand side in the first group of buildings.
From the A61 at the Prince of Wales roundabout (junction of A61 Leeds Road with A6040 York Place) take the 3rd exit onto York Place A6040. Turn left onto Park Parade (next left hand turn after Queen Parade) passing in front of the Cedar Court Hotel. Pass the hotel entrance and onto the junction with North Park Road. Turn left, Parkcourt is now located on the left. Pass through the archway at the start of the building for access to the car park.

The apartment has private parking to the rear of the property. Park Court is situated close to Harrogate town centre and the walk is easy and level. Pre-Arrival • Contact details - Text or call 07968 437145 • Email: - firstname.lastname@example.org • Large print details on request. • Access statement available by email or post. • The nearest railway station is Harrogate approximately 0.5 mile away. • The nearest bus station is Harrogate, situated next to the railway station (the nearest bus stop is outside the front of the building). • Taxi rank located next to bus and railways stations. • Harrogate is well catered for with regards to supermarkets and smaller grocery stores. The nearest supermarket is Waitrose and this can be easily accessed on foot or by car (approximately 0.5 mile). Alternatively Waitrose will deliver, as will Asda and Sainsburys. There is also a Morrisions and several smaller co-op stores. • Harrogate is serviced by eight public toilets, all of which are suitable for the disabled. Harrogate Borough council supports the Radar National Key Scheme. • Please note: In our opinion Park Court is not suitable for anyone who needs to access the bathroom facilities by direct transference from a wheel chair. Arrival & Car Parking Facilities • No. 10 Park Court has two designated tandem parking spaces. • The distance from the allocated parking space to the rear entrance door is approximately 6 metres on a tarmac surface. The surface is level to either the front or rear door but there is one step onto the entrance porch and a door threshold to be negotiated. There are no ramp facilities. • There is rear access to vehicle once parked • No traffic calming measures/speed bumps in car park or driveway. • No provision for dogs. • The building name and apartment numbers are located on front of building next to the front entrance door. The rear entrance door is the first door on your right once you have entered the car park. • Apartment is accessed by key or intercom to each apartment. • No porterage available. Main Entrance • The entrance provides access to seven apartments of which No. 10 is one and located on the second floor. • Parkcourt does not offer a reception or concierge service. • Once through either the front or rear entrance our apartment can be accessed via lift or stairs. Public Areas - Hall, Stairs, Landing, Corridors etc • There are 15 steps to the landing of the first floor followed by a further 15 steps before arriving on the second floor. Each step is 19cm high and 27cm deep. The staircase has a wooden hand rail to both sides. • The front door to the apartment is 78cm wide, hinged to the left with a wooden threshold 6cm high. • The key hole lock is 105cm high. • Once in the apartment the narrowest part of the hallway is 76.5cm. Public Areas - Sitting room, lounges, lobbies etc • There are no public areas. Bedrooms & Sleeping Areas • The doorway to each of the two bedrooms is 71cm wide. • Both bedrooms have double beds (4'6 wide). Bed height to top of mattress is 60cm. • Non feather duvets and pillows provided. • Sheets, duvet covers and pillow slips are cotton or polycotton. • Transfer space to either side of the bed in the main bedroom is 55cm and 170cm and in the second bedroom 46cm and 78cm. • Both bedrooms are carpeted and there is good colour contrast between the walls and floor. • The main bedroom is en-suite. Bathroom, Shower-room & WC [En-suite or Shared] • The en-suite shower room has limited free space and is unsuitable for a wheelchair. • The entrance to the en-suite and main bathroom is 64cm wide. • There is a 25cm step into the walk-in shower. The shower space is 85cm x 72cm. The shower cubical is accessed via the shorter side through a bi-fold door which limits the width to 40cm. • The height of the toilet seat is 43.5cm high and there is 24cm and 34cm free space to either side. • The main bathroom has a full size bath 170cm x 70cm with a shower over. • The height of the side of the bath is 60cm. • Transfer space at the narrowest point is 66cm. • The toilet seat is 43cm high and has 63cm and 70cm free space to either side. • Both bathrooms are fully tiled with no contrast between the walls and floor. • Both bathrooms have release mechanisms on the outside of the lock door. • All taps are of the lever type and each washbasin has a mixer tap. • The space under both washbasins is free (no pipes or vanity unit) Self-Catering Kitchen • The kitchen dining room is spacious with 2m of free space between kitchen units. • The kitchen area flooring is vinyl and the dining area carpeted. • The worktop height is 91cm. • The electric cooker is freestanding with a double oven.
