Single bay parking to the rear of the buliding. Well situated in Filey town, 3 minutes walk to sea front, shopping centre, park, boating lake, tennis courts, bowling green and golf course. Small dogs accepted by arrangement. Children welcome from any age.

    “Very enjoyable”

    The accommodation was ideal for us - a couple with a toddler. It was large enough for us to use as a base for exploring the local area but not too big to make it difficult to keep clean and tidy with an inquisitive and messy toddler around. Was great having the washer-dryer and the travel cot and high chair as it felt like home from home.
    It was excellent value for money considering its location to the beach and its facilities. We would definitely recommend the accommodation to others.
    I just have one tiny suggestion for the owners - a draining rack on the draining board. It was hard to keep on top of the washing and drying up with our little one around and washed items were quickly in danger of toppling off. We are used to a dishwasher though so very much out of the habit of doing much washing up!
