All rooms spotlessly clean and having a high standard of decoration, furniture and fittings, this room with its ensuite, has views onto the front, back and side of the property. Beds are king sized double or twin.
  The cottage is surrounded by deer farmland so you will probably see red deer from your window as well as green woodpeckers and other wildlife. The ensuite is huge and has a double shower and a bench seat for you to sit and pamper yourself whilst admiring the view - we are not overlooked at all.
  There is freeview tv and a radio alarm clock in all rooms as well as books, magazines and other guest information on places to eat, bike hire etc. We offer guests the facility to pre-order newspapers, packed lunches or Breakfast-To-Go, please indicate on booking.
  All rooms have a well stocked hospitality tray complete with fruit juices and snacks as well as tea/coffee etc. Cold bottled water, ice and fresh milk is available in the guest fridge in the dining room.
  We have extensive local info to help you get the most from this lovely area as well as daily weather forecasts, maps and guidebooks.At the side of the property is a private off-road car park and guests have their own entrance lobby and key code to come and go as they please.

  The en-suite has a roomy corner shower and plenty of thoughtfully designed storage space for toiletries etc. A large picture window in the main room looks out onto a pretty garden/patio area where you could enjoy a breakfast outdoors in sunny weather.

It's a lovely place to sit and relax whilst watching the birds and wildlife outside. The beds are double or twin super-king sized for a comfortable and refreshing night's sleep. The en-suite has a double shower and lots of storage for belongings and toiletries.
  All rooms face south so get lots of sun throughout the day and are equipped with a well stocked hospitality tray complete with fruit juices and snacks as well as tea/coffee etc. Cold bottled water, ice and fresh milk is available in the guest fridge in the dining room. We have lots of useful area info as well as weather forecasts, maps, guidebooks and packed lunches using our home-made bread.
