    “Positive.”

I didn't give full stars for cleanliness due to mould in the shower caused by lack of ventilation, interestingly the dirt, dust and webs clogging up the ceiling fan would make the place cleaner and solve the mould issues. Staff were very polite and helpful however small things like making a group of 12 wait to use 3 or 4 pens to fill in forms while having several other pens sat in front of us on the desk was incredibly poor service especially when we were told we could not use those pens because they were "for another group" I thought the price was reasonable however we were staying the farmhouse and there were several other rooms that were empty, as a university group on a budget I would obviously be looking for the best possible value I can arrange, I would return with my group next year if we could negotiate a slightly better price and you may well receive more bookings and fill those empty rooms if you were more competitive with your pricing strategy. Despite these concerns, the overall stay was a good one and the group had a very positive experience, I would speak positively of the centre and its facilities if asked. It may also be worth considering applying a discount to facilities for those staying on site and making sure the pricing is clear, we were expecting to pay less than we had to as the 'registration fee' was not on the website, this is an issue for students. Despite the negatives listed here I would still like to thank you for the stay and hope this feedback is of value. Many thanks.
