“Great views, great location”
The road up to the chalet is narrow and you cannot drive all the way up (luggage can be transported up and down to the parking lot, you don't habe to worry about that), but you are rewarded by marvellous views (depending on the weather) and many birds that you can watch looking out the window. The kitchen is very well equipped and it gives you space enough to cook a real meal. There's not too much decoration around, but many leaflets and maps of the area. The bathroom is big enough, the beds are comfortable (no wardrobe, but an extra bed that helped us out okay), you can even use the freezer and washing machine just around the corner. Possibilities for hikes right from the chalet. Very nice and helpful hosts - perfect for a holiday to get away from it all and to relax and enjoy nature.

From Barmouth turn off A496 at Lawrenny Lodge up Panorama Road to Panorama Car Park (approx. ¾ mile). Turn immediately sharp left up tarmac road marked ‘Unsuitable for Motor Vehicles’ for approx. ¼ mile to Gwastad Agnes. Parking for one car is in an allotted bay on Gwastad Agnes car park. It would be unwise to take your car past this point as the road is in need of repair and dangerous.
