Slade House Farm, no longer a working farm provides 3 luxury and very individual self catering holiday properties nestling in glorious farmland surrounded by outstanding views of the Derbyshire/Staffordshire countryside.

The village of Ilam and the picturesque valleys of Dovedale and the Manifold are spectacular walks from the doorstep

The market towns of Ashbourne, Bakewell and Leek and the Spa Town of Buxton are all within a short drive as are the stately attractions of Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, National Trust Kedleston Hall, Sudbury Hall, and Biddulph Grange Gardens.

For the more energetic, cycle rides and cycle hire are available on the Manifold and Tissington trails and Carsington Water provides both cycling and water sports facilities, and the attraction of Alton Towers is just ten minutes away.

Slade House Farm is located centrally in the Peak District National Park and only an hour from the M1 and M6. Ideal for family holidays or reunions with friends, sleeping up to 14 in total and is possibly the most idyllic and peaceful location in the National Park


Slade House is a Grade II listed former Staffordshire Yeoman’s house dating back to 1642. Sleeps 8 and is graded Visit England 4 star

Slade Cottage is converted from the wing of the farmhouse, sleeps 4 and is Visit England 4 star

Slade Tops is a delightful, luxury split level detached byre conversion, sleeping 2 and is a Visit england 5 star Gold Award property.
